The Office / Sales Admin Assistant is located in the Columbia, MD headquarters. This position reports directly to the VP of North American Sales and Human Resources Director and will share roles at a rate of 50/50 between Sales and Administration. The Sales Admin will support the day-to-day needs of the North American Sales Team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides excellent organizational skills and is proficient in scheduling multiple activities and projects for members of the sales and marketing team.
Distributes accounting (ERP) reports of monthly spend vs budget to sales reps in each territory.
Provides the North American Sales Team support with materials for customers or trade shows including ordering and shipping to the respective locations.
Sets up meetings, and registrations as requested for the Sales Team including preparing agendas, conference rooms, hotel accommodations, meals, and activities.
Logistical support activities for specific sales events and/or product launches.
Works closely with the Sales team members in coordinating trade show and conference events, and shipping of promotional materials, and/or collateral to support regional and national needs.
Serves as the backup to the Office Administrator for reception, phones, and all other related duties when necessary.
Limited but may require overnight air travel within the U.S.
1−3 years progressive office administration
Professional, business communication both in writing and on the phone/in person.
Strong, computer software skills, Microsoft Suite and other related proprietary systems of the Company.
